Liam Payne (19) (born 29 August 1993) is an English musician, who is
currently one-fifth of the ever-popular British boyband, One Direction.
Payne was born in Wolverhampton, in which he returned to with his band members for their homecoming gigs for their final week on British television show, The X Factor. He is the member of the band who is best-known for his similarities to Canadian popstar, Justin Bieber. He was a music technology student at the City of Wolverhampton College.
It is well-known that Liam and his fellow band members had all applied as solo contestants, but failed to qualify for the Boys category and consequently, were not through to Judges' houses. The judges, after a suggestion by Cowell, put them in a band, qualifying them for the Groups category. He is currently in a relationship with dancer Danielle Peazer
